Question Maverick Flatbed Drivers

I would like to know from someone that actually works for Maverick what it is REALLY like to work for this company. Was thinking about TMC but not been hearing too many good things.

Thank you!

I have been in the corporate world for 14 years, if anyone lies they do. I have been fascinated by truck driving since I was a kid, but have heard so many bad stories about companies that hire, so far Maverick seems to be one of the best on the road, but I have never talked to anyone that has actually worked for this company. TMC is the other, but the stories I have read lately don't seem to be near as good as Maverick.

I am 36, college grad and work hard, I know the trucking industry needs professionals to help turn the industry around, but I don't want to do illegal work or lie, just want to be a professional at what I do.

Can this be done with Maverick?

it can be done with any company. the law helps ya out. some companys just "reward" you for fallowing the rules. usually the first couple of weeks dispatch feels ya out. after that dispatch knows what to expect from ya. out the gate whereever you work set the standard law is what ya do and that will be the way it is... if ya run like a bullhauler once it will be expected everytime..
