Thumbs up Have Venison.......need jerky recipe

A friend gave me a couple really nice venison roasts which would make excellent jerky.

I have a nephew that loves jerky and I bought him a dehydrator for Christmas and was wondering if any one has a jerky marinate they would be willing to share?
