As with others jobs, being a truck driver implies several risks. Although the obvious risk is the danger of driving such a big machine on the highways. But most drivers don't think about their health.

i eat pretty healthy out there. i snack on peanuts, fruit cups, granola bars and sunflower seeds mostly.

There's just nothing healthy about the freight business.The air,food,little exercise,and stress.To stay healthy you've really got to make up for it when you get out of the truck...Leave the job at the job,stay away from greasy foods and salt,and walk every chance you get are a few things you can do.Try to be in good shape when the end of the road comes.

that is so true but i am amazed by he amount of people who are consumed by the industry and bring the job home.

I know,I've been guilty, but the job has to be left at the gate.That truck just won't fit in the living room,there's to many other things going on there.

and that's what you have to do. you'll wear yourself out if you don't.

Yeah,every truckdriver must take care of himself, not only for himself but also for his family.

What is the healthy food for the Truck drivers?Is proper execise can reduce their health problems?
