53 foot? I was under the impression that most states have a single vehicle length of 45 foot. 53 would make my 31 foot look like a midget.

(Edit) I read something the other day that CA was/is requiring some sort of an endorsement for RV's and the sort but can't find it now.

(edit) I just looked briefly at the CA DMV and found what I was looking for. Seems as they do require an endorsement for 45' "housecar" and fifth wheel trailers 10k not to exceed 15,000 pounds.
