The Gables on us 11 in Carlisle Pa(beside the new Knight terminal) has a motel accross the street that has an unsecured wifi hotspot. The signal is strong enough to get online and I have used it many times in the past. I no longer have to look for hot spots anymore as I purchased a wireless air card through Verizon. It costs about 60 bucks a month but I can get on line anywhere now (provided it is within range of a cell tower that is).
