The New Love's Truckstop on I-71 Sparta Kentucky has a no dropped trailer policy. While I agree with this policy, exception should be allowed. My company along with numerous owner/ops have been parked here for a week hauling pipe from port, most of us fueling here, twice daily spending $1,000's daily. When asked if we could drop a trailer to drive to nearest Laundry for an hour we were rudely told we would be towed off if we did. After a complaint was made with their coperate headquaters we once again were disregarded. I think exception should be allowed. These drivers are spending their hard earned money and not allowed any curosity in return.
